CBS ACT Center, LLC was established in 2012 in Shreveport. Our hours of operation are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday, Friday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. On-call services available on weekends.

Welcome to CBS ACT Center, LLC.
Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)
is an evidenced based out-patient program designed to improve the lives of individuals 18 years and older who suffer with a chronic mental illness such as Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder as well as other psychotic disorders and who are experiencing significant difficulties maintaining all areas of daily life independently within their community.
CBS ACT Center, LLC is comprised of Board Certified Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Addiction Counselor, Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Housing Coordinator, Employment/Vocational Coordinator, Master Level Therapist/s, Peer Support Specialist. We serve Caddo, Bossier, Webster, Bienville, and Claiborne parishes.
